This relationship spans thirteen years. In the past five years alone, over 100 consultants have provided over 1,000 person months of consulting services on 95 distinct client engagements. AXIOM has performed the role of prime vendor for the design and development of new, award winning advanced architecture (Websphere, Java, DB2) applications to re-architect and enhance all legacy core business functions within the enterprise. As the prime vendor, AXIOM's consultants are responsible for interviewing business stakeholders, formulating at risk proposals, budgets and project plans, putting together teams comprised of AXIOM consultants supplemented by client personnel and subcontractors with specific sets of domain expertise (load and stress testing, training program development, etc.) and delivering best of breed applications utilizing structured methodologies and adhering to well defined policies. Completed projects are supported after a go- live milestone and turned over to in-house maintenance and support staff.

This relationship spans eleven years. In the past five years alone, over 30 AXIOM consultants have provided over 275 person months of consulting on 65 distinct client engagements. AXIOM provided critical support to this fast moving organization for the implementation and conversion of more than 15 new lines of business supporting both AMISYS and the FACETS application platforms. AXIOM provided project management, analysis, design, development and testing of new inbound and outbound interfaces and new custom application development efforts. In addition, AXIOM performed numerous benefit, pricing and business role configuration efforts, and provided support for HIPAA EDI related initiatives.
MCO Division of a Major Integrated Delivery System
This relationship spans eight years. During the last two years our client restarted a multiyear failed single vendor sourced conversion from the Diamond 725 product to the QNXT platform. 15 AXIOM consultants provided over 200 person months of critical support for project management, design and development of interfaces, conversion programs, HIPAA EDI implementations, and a variety of custom development initiatives insuring the client successfully met its revised go- live date. AXIOM continues to support this client with post go-live initiatives.
Top Ranked Regional Health Plan and Division of a Large Integrated Delivery System
This relationship spans seven years. During the three year period of 2005 through 2008, AXIOM's 30 consultants provided over 275 person months of project management, analysis, software development and testing support for a successful enterprise wide migration from an AMISYS platform to FACETS. AXIOM continues to support this client as they develop and implement best of breed wrap around applications.
